Return & Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery confirmation.
Condition Requirements
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided
Important Note on Fragrance Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used testers
- Products with broken seals
- Bundles and special collections (including EDP Bundles with Gift Box, Bundles, and Our Creation sets) once opened
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Submit Required Information

Step 3: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Pre-paid shipping label (if applicable)
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Package items securely and include:
- Original packaging
- All accessories and documentation
- Copy of your return authorization
Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after return receipt
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Exchange Processing: New items shipped within 2 business days of return approval
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB transactions refunded to original card
- PayPal transactions refunded to PayPal account
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for:
- Different fragrances from our collections (Afnan, Ahmed Al Maghrabi, Arabian Collection, etc.)
- Alternative sizes of the same fragrance
- Different product lines (Men Fragrances, Pure Ouds, Chypre, etc.)
Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the luxury standards our customers expect, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened fragrance bottles
- Used testers or samples
- Gift sets with broken seals (EDP Bundles with Gift Box, Bundles)
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
