Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery confirmation
  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided

Important Note on Fragrance Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Used testers or samples
  • Products with broken seals
  • Bundles and special collections (including EDP Bundles with Gift Box, Bundles, and Our Creation sets) once opened

3 Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Pre-paid shipping label (if applicable)
4 Ship Your Return

Package items securely and include:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation
  • Copy of your return authorization

Refund Information

Processing Time

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Exchange Processing: New items shipped within 2 business days of return approval

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Options

Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the luxury standards our customers expect, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrance bottles
  • Used testers or samples
  • Gift sets with broken seals (EDP Bundles with Gift Box, Bundles)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
